Ceremony décor
All of our wedding decor packages include full ceremony decor including a set up and transfer after to the reception. This is a key part of creating the atmosphere at both the ceremony venue as well as the reception and helps with keeping the theme consistent. All flowers and props are set up and transferred by our experienced crew and can be executed on even the tightest of time restrictions. Our collection of ceremony props include various aisle stands, aisle runner as well as urns and candelabras. We have many props to suit the many different styles of our clients.

Backdrops
Rachel A. Clingen Wedding & Event Design are known for our custom backdrops. Offering Toronto's largest selection of fabrics to choose from, we can custom design wedding backdrops to suit the theme and colour palette of each bride. Our backdrops are supported with hardware and have the capacity to go full height and width.

Bouquets
Fabulous design and the freshest of flowers are our two key elements for our bridal bouquets. Whether a brides chooses a european hand tied bouquet or a casquading style, no detail will be over looked. Finishing touches include jewell accents and pretty satin ribbons. The bridal bouquets are delivered the morning of the wedding to ensure the flowers are fresh and fragrant.

Centerpieces
Rachel A. Clingen Wedding & Event Design boasts one of Torontos largest centrepiece collections. Clients can expect to choose from multiple options suitable for various styles. We have a full line of candelabras, both crystal, and metal as well as various sizes of glassware. In addition we have beautiful unique and trendy pieces such as crystal stands and even lamp shades.

Head table styling
All our wedding decor packages include head table draping and/or accents. Brides can choose from various fabrics as well as candle stands and other details.

Draping and room liners
Rachel A. Clingen Wedding & Event Design is home to one of Torontos largest wedding and event draping departments. Our in-house draping crew are well trained and highly experienced in draping for room liners, ceiling treatments as well as backdrops. We house a massive selection of fabrics to choose from and and are known for our custom draping work in unusual spaces.

Wedding tents
Beautiful wedding tents start with Rachel A. Clingen. Brides love how every detail of the tent design can be handled by our experienced staff. Pole drapes, tent draping, a tent liner of fabric, linens, centrepieces and even lighting are all options to consider when deciding on a tent wedding.

Seasonal decor and home accents
Rachel A. Clingen provides an in-home service of seasonal decor. Christmas tree set up and design, staircase decor, out door wreaths and urns are all part of our list of options for each season. All work is custom and will reflect the budget of each client.

Chair covers and linens
Brides love our comprehensive line of chair covers and linens. We have many styles and colours to choose from including accent pieces like bling buckles and satin sashes. Some might prefer our tight fitting rouched cover while others might prefer our puffy bridal chair covers. We also stock a large assortment of table runners, matching overlays as well as table numbers.
